Before you start
- Sign in to the exact Sketchfab account and check whether it contains models or other content you need to keep.
- Review any paid plan separately before asking to close the account.
Steps
- Open Sketchfab's privacy policy and review its current account and privacy controls.
- Sketchfab says you may cancel the account in your user profile settings or contact privacy@sketchfab.com. Use the path available for your account.
- If contacting Sketchfab, ask to cancel the account and delete associated personal information. Follow any identity-verification request from Sketchfab.
What happens after
- Save models or account content you need before closing access to the account.
- Sketchfab may ask for additional information to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.
- A request or acknowledgment is not proof that all data has been removed; wait for Sketchfab's outcome.
Can't sign in?
Contact Sketchfab's support from the email address on the account and ask for it to be closed. Expect them to check that the account is yours first.
